Shipping with Care

At HUNI, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our hands. We appreciate your trust and are committed to making your experience seamless from checkout to delivery.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you by email.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup (If Available)

For select products and events, local pickup may be available. If offered, pickup details and scheduling instructions will be provided at checkout.

Perishable Products

Some HUNI products require refrigerated or expedited shipping.

Perishable items are carefully packaged with insulated materials and ice packs when necessary.

To maintain product quality, we recommend bringing refrigerated items indoors as soon as they are delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

HUNI is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
